Daily Journal – 1/9/25 – Patience, Faith, and Resilience

As I sit in my dark, cold basement typing this, I am reminded that sometimes we need to stick it out a little longer to receive the reward. We mustn’t give up or give in. When on an unseen path, you have to have faith in your intuition and the feelings in your heart. Our heart is another brain in our body and has independent thoughts separate from our biological brain. Scientists are starting to see that the heart has thoughts and remembers emotional traumas. When we recover soul fragments, we connect the beliefs between the heart and the mind, ending a feud between the soul and the body.

In everything we do, we often want instant results, but all good things come with time. Special things take more effort and more time. This is our sacrifice: not just being ordinary but being special. If you want to cook mouth-watering food, it takes time and attention. If you want to create amazing artwork, it takes time and attention. If you want to build something new, it takes time and attention. If you want to become someone new, it takes time and attention.

While I definitely want my meal first, there is work to be done.
